Processing & Delivery

All Salterra Life pieces are made to order with care. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery taking 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Delays

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you updated if any delays affect your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Salterra Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold options.
